Quanishia Gibson, LPC / Founder & Lead Therapist

As founder and lead therapist at WITH Therapy LLC, Quanishia enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families on healing relational trauma and improving relationships. Her integrative approach aids individuals, partners, and families in navigating life transitions, stress, depression, PTSD, collective trauma, grief and other mental health concerns. Quanishia is also open to integrating Christian faith into therapy at the client’s request and welcomes this as a meaningful part of the holistic healing process for those who desire it.

Karen M. Ivey-White, BSN, RN, BA / Director of Integrative Wellness and Operations.

Our Director of Integrative Wellness & Operations has over 30 years of experience in healthcare managing teams, facilities, and healthcare improvement projects. She ensures that every client and member’s care feels seamless, supportive, and whole. Karen oversees our wellness consultations, coordinates across our therapy, mind-body, and psychiatry teams, and makes sure every journey through With Therapy is clear, compassionate, and personalized. She prides herself and her long-time work on people-first.

Promyse Draper, LPC / Licensed Therapist

Promyse has experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, depression, and neurodivergence. As a former special education teacher, now a therapist, she brings a high level of compassion and care to clients who are navigating neurodivergent conditions and a variety of concerns.

Jessica Stewart is passionate about walking alongside clients on their journey to emotional and spiritual wellness. She is dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, addiction recovery, and self-injury. She blends evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT with creative interventions, and when requested, integrates Christian faith into therapy. Her compassionate, grace-filled approach supports clients in healing and growth.
