Our therapy groups provide a supportive, therapist-led space to learn, heal, and build emotional resilience. Each group uses psychoeducation and evidence-based tools to help you grow alongside others with similar experiences.

Groups run for 8 weeks with up to 8 participants. Because they include clinical interventions, intake forms and assessments are required before starting. Groups are $65 per session and can be covered by insurance or private pay.
