What are your rates for sessions?
Individual sessions are $135 per session, Couples sessions are $175 per session, and Family sessions are $175 per session. Group counseling sessions vary by presenting topic. Please ask about sliding scale options or support with payment.
Wellness consultations are $150 per consult.
What insurance and forms of payment do you accept for therapy sessions?
While you can decide to pay private pay for your therapy sessions, it is best to explore if your insurance provider offers mental health coverage. Reach out to your provider to explore options and check your insurance card or policy to see if you will be required to pay a copay each session. Your employer may also offer an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) which allows you a number of covered sessions per year.

What form of payment is accepted for wellness consults?
Wellness consults are not covered by insurance so these can be paid out-of-pocket or through options like HSA or by selecting one of our whole-person plans which bundles your therapy sessions, wellness consults and ongoing wellness coaching for a whole-person approach.
What is a whole-person plan?
Our whole-person plans include your therapy sessions, wellness consulting and wellness coaching bundled into one at an affordable rate. These plans allow your therapist and wellness consultant to work together to look at more than just mental health. With a whole-person plan, we consider your lifestyle, habits, sleep, nutrition, and personal goals to not just improve one area of your life but many. With consent, your designated therapist and wellness consultant delivers a plan to improve mind, body, and lifestyle for better outcomes.
