Never make time for yourself to relax and reset? Always on the go? Haven’t had much time to pause and self-reflect? This retreat is for you!
Join us for a weekend long retreat December 6-8, 2024, in Hocking Hills, Ohio where Black women will come together to wind down for the end of year and recalibrate for the year ahead. Not only will you engage in lots of relaxation, but there will also be workshops led on renewal, self-exploration, and connection with other women. Come alone or bring a friend/family member, either way you will leave refreshed, having met new friends, and with a renewed spirit. Attendees must be 21+
Agenda
Friday December 6, 2024 through Sunday December 8, 2024 all-inclusive weekend retreat.
(Price $400 individual or $750 bring a friend)
Friday check-in around 4 p.m. and Sunday check-out around 11 a.m.
Friday - We will enjoy a meet and greet, icebreaker, and a pajama night in. Attendees can mingle and enjoy the space.
Saturday - We will indulge in a day of restoration and resetting. We will begin the morning with stress-reduction exercises and breakfast. During the day, enjoy a workshop on self-renewal led by therapist Quanishia Gibson, LPC, a Zen in the Den session led by The Daughters Den, personal time for self-reflection and activities related to restoration of mind, body, and spirit. Saturday evening we will enjoy a delicious chef-made dinner.
Sunday - We will have a morning of group reflection, engage in a sister circle, and enjoy a continental breakfast before departure.
*Meals, snacks, and drinks are included daily.
*Hot-tub on site. Pack pajamas, loungewear, casual attire, and swimwear if you would like.
Registration
Please note a 50% deposit is required to secure your space at the retreat or you can pay in full. 50% deposits are due upon completion of the form. Remaining retreat balances are due by November 1, 2024.
Please note that due to the nature of this event we are only accepting 12 attendees. Deposits are non-refundable due to planning and securing retreat needs. Once this form is submitted you will receive a payment request. Once payments are completed you will receive a welcome email for the retreat!
